Organization
The Free Zone of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a Public Business Entity dependent on the General Administration of the Spanish State, Ministry of Finance. It is administered by a consortium that represents all territorial administrations, as well as private institutions competent in the field of economic development of the island of Tenerife.
The Presidency is exercised by the President of the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Vice-Presidency is the responsibility of the Special Delegate of the State in the Free Zone, with direct hierarchical dependence of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, who in turn exercises the functions Of the Presidency of the Executive Committee.
The main collegiate management bodies of the Consortium are the Plenary and the Executive Committee, whose composition is the following:
